Data recovery

Question 1

Does anyone know a way to recover lost data from USB, I tried recuva and cmd and they didn't work. I've done lots of research but I didn't find anything else than those mentioned above and a bunch of useless softwares that demand money after scanning the USB.

I have had great success with recovering data with Disk Drill Pro. You're looking at paying about $89, but it's a lifetime key and was worth every penny for me.
